Work You'll Do

As a Oracle Technical Implementation Senior Consultant on the team, you will:


* Drive the technical implementation of Oracle solutions across design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization, with accountability for delivering workable, scalable, and supportable technical components.


* Drive solution delivery for integrations, reports, data conversions, and technical design decisions in support of Oracle Cloud implementations.


* Partner with functional leads and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical architecture, interface designs, conversion approaches, reporting solutions, and deployment plans.


* Lead technical workstreams through key implementation phases, including requirements confirmation, design reviews, development oversight, unit testing, SIT, UAT support, cutover, and hypercare.


* Oversee coordination with third parties and cross-functional teams for upstream and downstream system impacts, interface changes, reporting dependencies, and data readiness.


* Provide day-to-day leadership to developers and technical team members, including work allocation, design quality reviews, issue escalation, and milestone tracking.


* Support environment management, migration planning, release readiness, and defect resolution to help clients sustain the solution after go-live
