The Opportunity

The Event Technology & Professional Education Coordinator will play a key role in delivering high-quality professional education programs that support Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) across Australia.

Working closely with Education Managers and cross-functional stakeholders, you'll coordinate engaging face-to-face, virtual and hybrid events, leveraging digital event technology to create seamless participant experiences while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

The Responsibilities


* Coordinating Professional Education Programs: Planning and delivering high-quality face-to-face, virtual and hybrid educational events across Australia, ensuring a seamless experience for HCPs


* Managing Event Technology & Digital Platforms: Building and maintaining Cvent event websites, registration pathways, attendee communications, reporting and event workflows to support successful program delivery


* Partnering with Stakeholders & HCPs: Collaborating with Education, Sales, Marketing and Compliance teams while managing communications and engagement with HCPs
