We are searching for the best talent for Scientist, Analytical Development, Separation Sciences in Malvern, PA.

Purpose: Therapeutics Development and Supply (TDS), Proteins Analytical Development (AD) group is seeking a Scientist to support our dynamic Analytical Development Separation Sciences team.

The experienced and motivated Scientist will be responsible for development, validation, and transfer of separations-based analytical methods for protein biotherapeutics, including monoclonal antibodies, antibody drug conjugates, and novel modalities.

You will be responsible for:


* Develop, validate, and transfer biochemical methods such as capillary electrophoresis (CE), UV/VIS spectroscopy and HPLC methods for characterization and quality control of biopharmaceutical products.


* Serve as the analytical technical expert during method development, investigations, and regulatory inspections.


* Seek and implement innovative separation technology to meet increasing analytical challenges for new modalities.


* Contribute to improvement in laboratory operations to increase efficiency and GMP compliance.


* Work in a team environment as well as contributing individually to meet project timeline and objectives.

Qualifications/Requirements:


* Education: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacology or a related field with at least 4 years of relevant industry experience OR a Master's degree with at least 2 years of Pharma/B...
