Purpose:

The holder of this position is responsible for the development and improvement of one or more operations or areas that impact one or more of the performance measures of the company.

The Business Excellence Engineer must have a clear understanding of the strategies of the plant and must be capable of translating these strategies into measurable goals.

The responsibilities will include establishing the bases or current condition, communicating / lead improvement projects from establish the strategic plant up to the implementation, systematization of the improvement of the performance measure and compare the result with the world-class standards.

For that, the title holder must become an expert in the use of JJPS tools, six sigma, lean manufacturing system, possess knowledge about product costs, must have experience in manufacturing and the vision of the business.
