Your Role

Resident Care & Support


* Provide compassionate, respectful care while assisting residents with activities of daily living.


* Promote resident comfort, dignity, safety, and independence .


* Assist with mobility, personal hygiene, meals, repositioning, and restorative care programs.


* Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team.


* Follow individualized care plans and support each resident's unique needs.

Communication & Teamwork


* Build positive, professional relationships with residents, families, and healthcare team members.


* Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other staff to support quality resident outcomes.


* Maintain accurate and timely documentation.


* Contribute to a positive, respectful, and resident-centered team environment.

Professional Standards


* Follow facility policies, infection prevention protocols, and safety procedures.


* Protect resident privacy and maintain compliance with HIPAA requirements.


* Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, accountability, and a strong work ethic.


* Support Peninsula Post-Acute's commitment to providing exceptional skilled nursing and rehabilitative care.

Qualifications


* Active California CNA Certification required


* Minimum 2 years of CNA experience preferred


* Skilled nursing, post-acute, or long-term care experience strongly preferred


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills


* Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented


* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
