You will be home everyday! Pay Class A: $29/hr.-$32/hr.

Class B: $24/hr.-$26/hr.

About Us: We are Wagner Foodservice, a one of a kind food distribution company location in Glen Burnie, MD.

For over 50 years we have been providing various food products and services to a number establishments within a 100 mile radius.

We deliver food to restaurants, bars, gas stations, etc.

and we provide service by installing, maintaining, and repairing dishware and beverage equipment.Our customer-centric attitude and our belief in making relationships matter has ensured our success for the long-term future, and we want you to be a part of that success! JOB DUTIES: Delivers a wide variety of food items to different addresses and through different routes.

Follows all DOT transportation laws and priorities safety.

Ensures that products are properly secured and ready for transit.

Drives routes and follows time schedules as planned by the routing manager.

Unloads delivery items from vehicle and transports delivery items into customer establishment.

Provides excellent customer service by interacting professionally with customers.

Addresses and resolves customer inquiries and complaints in a courteous manner.

Obtains customer signatures upon delivery and obtains customer payments when necessary.

Picks up and loads refused or unwanted merchandise and returns to warehouse.

Performs daily inspections and indicates whether maintenance is necessary.

Ability to work well with others, including dispatchers, warehouse staff, and other drivers, to ensure smooth operations.

COMPETENCIES: Ability to drive safely and responsibly, adhering to all DOT regulations and traffic laws.

Ability to manage multiple deliveries efficiently within a specified timeframe.

Physically able to lift and carry heavy packages and goods.

Knowledge of customer service to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues effectively.

Ability to adapt to unexpected situations such as traffic delays, incorrect orders, or route changes.

REQUIREMENTS: Valid class B or A Commercial Drivers License.

Valid DOT certification or able to pass DOT physical.

Proven experience as a delivery driver (2 years experience preferred).

Lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
