Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse operations in a highly regulated laboratory environment.
This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient, compliant, and safe management of receiving, inventory, shipping, distribution, and warehouse operations while maintaining strict adherence to cGMP, cGLP, ISO, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
The Warehouse Manager will lead a team responsible for inventory control, quarantine, internal distribution, hazardous materials handling, and shipping operations while partnering closely with Laboratory Operations, Purchasing, Quality, Maintenance, and other cross-functional teams.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on operational excellence, customer service, continuous improvement, and developing high-performing employees.
What You'll Do
Warehouse Operations
* Lead all warehouse functions, including receiving, shipping, quarantine, internal distribution, company store, and inventory management.
* Ensure warehouse operations support laboratory production schedules and customer commitments.
* Oversee material flow throughout the facility while maintaining inventory accuracy.
* Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and efficiency.
* Develop scalable warehouse processes to support future business growth.
Inventory Management
* Manage inventory levels for laboratory supplies, shipping materials, and warehouse stock.
* Coordinate purchasing and replenishment activities with Purchasing, Laboratory Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Operations.
* Maintain accurate manual and electronic inventory systems.
* Ensure sufficient inventory is available to support uninterrupted laboratory operations.
* Monitor both onsite and offsite inventory locations.
* Analyze inventory trends and forecast future material requirements.
Shipping & Distribution
* Manage domestic and international shipping activities using carrier systems such as FedEx and UPS.
