โค๏ธ Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders.

๐Ÿง  Develop individualized treatment plans that maximize independence and quality of life.

๐Ÿฅ„ Assess and treat swallowing disorders to help residents eat and drink safely.

๐Ÿค Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and families to provide exceptional resident-centered care.

๐Ÿ“ Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

๐ŸŒŸ Celebrate every milestone and encourage residents as they achieve meaningful goals.

๐ŸŽ“ What You'll Bring

โœ”๏ธ Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

โœ”๏ธ Current state Speech-Language Pathologist license

โœ”๏ธ CCC-SLP preferred (Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply!)

โœ”๏ธ Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is a plusโ€”but not required!

โœ”๏ธ A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping others thrive.
