Position Description: This is a pivotal role in developing a centralized framework and tools to enable Elanco’s clinical trial oversight.

 The incumbent will be responsible for partnering with clinical development and operations teams to define key metrics, develop response protocols, and implement standardized processes that ensure data integrity and trial safety.

The role is further responsible for strategically driving the implementation and execution of global clinical data management objectives through systems and processes used during data capture, management, reporting, storage and archival.

This leadership position is expected to be highly influential in partnering with product development teams, Site monitoring groups, field trial managers (FTMs), internal sites, and third parties to develop tools that result in on-target delivery of final databases and Final Study Reports (FSRs)  This position will closely collaborate with global R&D functions including clinical development, clinical operations, internal study sites, biostatistics, regulatory affairs, and quality assurance to ensure data integrity, data quality, validation, and compliance.

This position will also provide leadership and management of DM activities for clinical projects and internal and external sites.
