Planetarium Presenter I

This position is responsible for the presentation of entertaining and educational programming Roger B.

Chaffee Planetarium, and it is responsible for the operation of IT and AV equipment in the Chaffee Planetarium and Meijer Theater at the Grand Rapids Public Museum.

The position must be able to competently interpret and explain astronomy and science concepts to a wide range of diverse audiences, including K-12 classes, families, children, professional groups, and the general public.

The position will, when necessary, assist with public programming and education events.

This position reports directly to the Planetarium/Theater Manager.
