Sales Support Representative

Our operations include batching, logistics, and customer service, supporting projects from residential builds to large-scale infrastructure.

Job Summary The Sales Support Representative provides administrative, customer service, and sales support to the commercial sales team while managing assigned customer accounts and conducting regular customer and jobsite visits.

The position prepares quotations, coordinates projects, serves as a primary point of contact for customers, and supports business development while working closely with operations.

Essential Responsibilities · Manage assigned customer accounts and serve as the primary day-to-day contact.

· Conduct regular customer office and construction site visits.

· Prepare quotations, bids, and pricing proposals.

· Coordinate with dispatch, operations, quality control, and accounting to resolve customer issues.

· Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional sales.

· Maintain CRM records, customer files, and sales activity reports.

· Support business development and assist with prospecting new customers.

· Coordinate project requirements and communicate schedule changes.
