Colson Group USA has an opening for a Press Operator in our Albion, Michigan location.

The Stamping Press Operator will be responsible for the set-up and operation of a variety of machines in the stamping department.

Primary Responsibilities: Set up machine, set die in press.

Operate Presses in a safe manner.

Perform SPC quality checks.

Setup and operate manual threading machine.

Perform general machine maintenance.

Inspect parts using measuring and inspection devices.

Complete labor reporting via computer.

Maintain clean work area, including cleanup of oil.

Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.

Multi-task to operate more than one machine/press at a time.
