Business Development Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the medical device and healthcare industries Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, email campaigns, networking, and LinkedIn Schedule and participate in introductory meetings with prospective clients Maintain and grow a healthy sales pipeline using CRM software Support proposal development and follow-up activities Build and maintain strong client relationships with exceptional customer service Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events Collaborate with engineering, regulatory, and quality teams to communicate JALEX's capabilities Stay current on industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies Meet or exceed established business development goals and KPIs
