Process Improvement/Automation Engineer

Your role as a Process Improvement/Automation Engineer: Map workflows, document current and future-state processes, and recommend practical improvements that reduce manual effort, improve data integrity, and support business operations.Develop, test, implement, and maintain automation scripts, reports, dashboards, and system integrations that support engineering, sales, production, purchasing, inventory, and customer service functions.Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, recurring errors, and opportunities for improved reporting, standardization, and decision-making.Partner with department managers and end users to define requirements, prioritize automation projects, validate solutions, and train employees on new or revised processes.Create and maintain clear documentation for automated tools, process changes, user instructions, technical specifications, and support procedures.

What Were Looking For: Bachelor degree in a technical field, such as computer science or engineering.2+ years of relevant experience, including coding using Python.Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present on technical subjects with ease.Proficiency with computer applications, including databases, reporting tools, etc.
