Summary:

The Director of Business Intelligence, Enterprise Architecture & Integrations establishes and governs the organization's enterprise data strategy, business intelligence platforms, enterprise architecture roadmap, and application integration ecosystem.

This role leads the development of scalable data, analytics, and integration capabilities that enable strategic decision-making, operational excellence, digital transformation, and business growth across the Americas Cementitious Materials organization.

The role serves as a key member of the IT leadership team; the Director partners with business leaders, IT peers, operational stakeholders, and external service providers to ensure technology solutions align with enterprise objectives while promoting standardization, security, interoperability, and data governance.

What you'll be contributing:



* Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines.


* Develop and maintain the enterprise data strategy, aligning data, analytics, and integration investments with business objectives.


* Establish and govern enterprise data models, data architecture standards, and master data management practices.


* Lead development of business intelligence, reporting, and analytics solutions using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, and SQL technologies.


* Drive the evolution from operational reporting to predictive, data-driven decision-making capabilities; define enterprise KPI frameworks and executive dashboards.
