Maintenance Technician (Part Time)

As a vital member of our community, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and functionality of our facilities.
Perform general maintenance tasks, including plumbing work such as faucet and toilet repair.
Maintain and replace electrical fixtures and light bulbs as needed.
Assist with moving items and settingup forevents.
Conduct interior and exterior painting of the facility as required.
Install and check batteries of smoke alarms and assistthe Fire Marshall with inspections.
Operate power tools, electrical supplies, dollies, and vehicles safely and efficiently.
Perform preventative maintenance tasks to multiple pieces of equipment, such as logging temperatures, changing furnacefiltersetc.
Ability to replace and repair hardware, locksetc.
Ability and willingness to work other duties as assigned to help ensure the smooth operations of Riverview Retirement community.
