Rental Lead, Lockers, Lost & Found
Taos Ski Valley, Inc.
utilizes both private and public, conventional, and computer-controlled RFID Key access lockers to offer our guests premier options for easy and secure access to their personal belongings.
This role supports a steady, structured, systems-based operation that requires accuracy, organization, and calm problem-solving.
The Rental Lockers Lead will take ownership of seasonal and daily locker rentals, maintenance, and organization for Resort Services.
This includes RFID key programming, updating and maintaining an accurate database of items, communicating with guests and staff, and maintaining clear, predictable workflows.
Working primarily from the Lost and Found office, the Rental Lockers Lead will additionally Lead our Team to assure all misplaced personal items are organized, catalogued, and returned to their owner when possible.
This work requires attention to detail, chain-of-custody accuracy, and a methodical approach to problem solving.
Occasional cross-department support may occur, but the primary focus of this role is systems management, organization, and Lost & Found operations.
