Essential Job Responsibilities: Provide efficient, friendly, and thoughtful service at all times.Execute service standards for presentation, delivery of food and beverage, and service based on training.Must be willing to participate in regular and ongoing training.Follow checklists and other guidelines for opening and closing duties.Clear and clean tables promptly after guest departure.Have a comprehensive understanding of and practice responsible alcohol service.Assist in food running.Communicate supply needs to appropriate management when running low.Pleasant and frequent interactions with guests to ensure food, beverage, and experience quality.Miscellaneous tasks include but are not limited to cleaning, sweeping and mopping floors, stocking product and supplies, removing trash and recycling from restaurant, restocking glassware, and rolling silverware.Maintain a clean and neat workspace, guest space, and ensure that the operation runs in a smooth and orderly fashion.Respond to any guest requests or issues by communicating with the appropriate staff.Recite basic knowledge about menus, menu items, and the resort itself.Assist in execution of special events hosted at the restaurant when requested.Reliable attendance on all scheduled workdays.Perform additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by management at any time.
