Position: Retail Supervisor The Retail Supervisor assists the retail leadership team in guiding and supporting store operations while helping elevate productivity, teamwork, and customer experience.

This role is essential in ensuring policies, procedures, and daily operations are carried out successfully while supporting both the team and the mission of Wabash Valley Goodwill.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoys motivating others to succeed.
