Complete HVAC warranty calls and repairs Troubleshoot residential heating and cooling systems Build lasting relationships with homeowners through outstanding service Coordinate with the HVAC Install and HVAC Service teams Maintain a clean organized truck and job site Participate in training team meetings and one on ones Assist with no heat and no cool service calls during slower seasons You Are a Great Fit If You Have at least five years of residential HVAC experience Hold a current EPA Certification Can diagnose and repair HVAC systems independently Understand local HVAC codes Enjoy solving problems and helping customers Take pride in quality workmanship and professionalism Requirements High School Diploma or GED EPA Certification Minimum of 5 years of Residential HVAC Experience Knowledge of Local HVAC Codes A clean, safe driving record, background check, and drug screen Strong leadership/mentorship skills Ability to follow instructions and work safely Dependable, punctual, and committed to showing up ready to work Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and improve Ability to work well as part of a team and assist installers as needed Willingness to use hand tools and power tools Commitment to job site and vehicle safety, cleanliness, and organization Professional behavior and respectful communication with customers and coworkers A Career Built on Quality Peterman Brothers has grown from one garage in 1986 to more than 500 employees across 11 locations in Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky.
