Job Title: Member Engagement and Facilities Supervisor - AM Lead Job Purpose Oversee front line operations to ensure staffing, equipment, supplies, cleanliness and service standards are metBe the primary point of contact for members and staff inquiriesProvide assistance to members and staff as neededDemonstrate knowledge of practices, systems and proceduresUtilize a degree of creativity and demonstrate to our members that we care about their well-being Manages Operations Monitor club operations with an evident presence providing genuine hospitalityAssess all scheduled activities to confirm all planned elements of experience are delivered, including: signage, temperature, cleanliness, equipment, amenities and staffingProvide answers to member inquiries utilizing flyers, website and department staff resourcesMonitor and assist with club cleanliness and status of locker room supplies and direct housekeeping as neededGive facility tours to prospective members as needed.
