About the Program
Our 2-year Graduate Program is designed to help you learn, grow, and create impact:

Year 1 - Foundation Year (Learn & Develop)


* Build strong foundations through structured learning


* Gain hands-on experience


* Exposure to Schneider Electric's cutting-edge technologies and great collaborative work environment

Year 2 - Stretch Assignment (Thrive & Impact)


* Step into a meaningful mission across diverse business areas


* Apply your skills in meaningful ways and take real ownership of your work


* Make a tangible impact by contributing directly to projects and customer outcomes

Program Duration: February 2027 - January 2029

Who We're Looking For


* A recent graduate or in your final year of study


* Studying or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, International Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline


* Passionate about digitalization, sustainability, and innovation


* Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn


* A strong problem solver with great communication skills


* Interested in emerging technologies (data, automation, digital solutions)


* Aligned with Schneider Electric's IMPACT Values

Eligibility
You must:


* A New Zealand citizen or an New Zealand Permanent Resident


* Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in the previously mentioned disciplines, in 2025, 2026, or 2027
