Job Description:

Position: General Labor – 2nd Shift

Location: Franklin, KY
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 12:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Pay: $18.00/hour + $1.00 Shift Differential- earn pay increases every 90 days based on your performance

What You'll Do


* Operate and assist with manufacturing equipment while following established procedures.


* Clean, lubricate, and maintain machinery and work areas.


* Load and unload materials on production equipment and assembly lines.


* Perform routine quality inspections on finished products.


* Complete general housekeeping and property maintenance tasks.


* Report equipment concerns or quality issues to supervisors.


* Follow all plant safety policies and procedures.


* Support the production team with additional duties as needed.

What We're Looking For


* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.


* Strong communication and teamwork skills.


* Ability to follow instructions and work safely.


* Willingness to learn and work in multiple production areas.


* Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.

Compensation Range:
The pay range for this position is $15.82 - $25.24annually.

Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between18.00 to18.00.
