We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) to join our clinical team on the

Available Shifts:

Full Time AM (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM)

Part Time PM (3:00PM to 11:30PM)

Pay Range: $36.00-$38.00 per hour (based on experience)

Position Highlights


* Provide direct nursing care and medication administration in accordance with physician orders and resident care plans.


* Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality resident care and compliance with regulatory standards.


* Monitor resident conditions, document clinical updates, and communicate changes to physicians and families as needed.


* Assist with admissions, discharges, treatments, assessments, and interdisciplinary care coordination.

Leadership & Documentation


* Direct daily nursing activities and ensure adherence to facility policies and procedures.


* Maintain accurate resident records, treatment documentation, and physician orders.


* Complete incident reports and participate in quality assurance initiatives.


* Collaborate with nursing leadership to ensure smooth shift operations and resident-centered care.

Compliance & Safety


* Follow all federal, state, and facility regulations, including HIPAA and infection control standards.


* Ensure proper medication management, narcotic accountability, and treatment administration.


* Promote a safe, clean, and sanitary environment for residents and staff.


* Participate in facility surveys, safety drills, and required in-service training programs.

Qualifications


* Current, active, and unrestricted California LVN/LPN license.


* Graduate of an accredited LVN/LPN nursing program.


* Long-term care, skilled nursing, or post-acute experience preferred.


* Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills with a commitment to resident care excellence.
