Francis Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team.

Position: Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Compensation:


* $55-$60 per hour , based on experience

Responsibilities:


* Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist


* Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans


* Document patient progress accurately and timely


* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes


* Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and home exercise programs

Qualifications:


* Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing


* Current state licensure


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


* Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is preferred but not required
