Work You'll Do

As a Manager on the HR Strategy & Operations team, you will be responsible for:


* Exploring innovative solutions such as artificial intelligence, Human Capital Analytics, Talent Intelligence Platforms, and Unified Engagement Platforms to deliver Digital HR Technology capabilities to clients


* Lead HR shared services, service delivery, and operating model design projects to enhance employee experience and drive client outcomes


* Act as a Project Manager by monitoring and mitigating project risks to ensure exemplary delivery while cultivating and maintaining long-term client relationships as a trusted go-to resource for HR strategy knowledge.


* Develop multi-year Digital HR Technology strategies that deliver superior client results by proactively monitoring and mitigating project risks while applying emerging Digital HR technology trends to shape how clients deliver HR services.


* Utilize your leadership experience to mentor and develop other members of the HRS&O team


* Engage in business development and eminence activities to build the practice

Required Qualifications:


* Bachelor's degree



* 6+ years of experience in one or more of the following: HR strategy, HR shared services and service delivery, HR employee experience, HR operating model, or digital HR strategy, including supporting HR transformation, process optimization, or HR service delivery improvement initiatives


* 1+ year of experience in a consulting environment


* Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you
