Join our team today! Nashville Rescue Mission is actively seeking a full-time Guest Services Specialist 3 Coordinator to join our team.

Are you the right person? The Coordinator provides encouragement to those who come to the Women's Campus for assistance, greets and completes the intake with assessment for new and returning guests, and ensures cleanliness and order while upholding the Mission Statement of Faith and Code of Conduct.

Position Schedule: Tuesday - Friday, 6:00 a.m.

- 4:30 p.m.

Essential Duties: Works any shift that needs assistance.

This position will act as the utility Guest Services Specialist for other shifts that need assistance.

Maintains records and files of information required by the Assistant Director of Women's Guest Services.

Performs weekly walk-through checking facility for repairs or needed replacements.

Cooperates with other team members, assisting them as needed.

Receives and distributes all mail.

Maintains inventory of office supplies and forms to meet ministry needs.

Conducts daily orientation for all new and returning guests to the center.

Oversees the distribution of lockers, maintains locker records, and performs locker searches.

Serves as a personal witness for Jesus Christ and shares the Gospel with guests.

Regular attendance and punctuality are essential requirements of this position.

Assists case managers with Pathways maintenance when needed.

Other Duties: Performs searches as required.

Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
