* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience within an analytically focused discipline.


* 5 to 7 years related experience


* Strong analytical skills, applicable to supply chain measurement and business process improvement.


* 3 SQL, Python, Proficiency in pandas, NumPy, and other Python libraries for data manipulation and analysis


* Statistical forecasting experience


* Big Tech, Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, Dashboarding


* High level of proficiency using Excel & Word.


* Strong knowledge of MRP and Inventory Control practices.


* Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.


* Strong business process improvement & change management skills.


* Comfort in communicating with individuals at all levels of the organization.


* Understanding of financial impacts of supply chain management / business decisions.


* Any related certification would be an asset.

Preferred Qualifications:


* Experience ERP Systems preferred.


* Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred.


* Experience in aerospace industry is preferred.
