A typical Profit Center is the heart of our business and consists of a warehouse, counter, sales office, and (sometimes) a showroom.

Our PCs conduct business under unique trade names and offer a customized business approach, honoring what's special about each local marketplace.

Hajoca's National HVAC Division is one of those trade names and is looking for a HVAC Technical Specialist.

This is a remote position.

Pay for HVAC Technical Specialist is between $65,000 and $100,000 per year at this location.

About the Role:

You will:



* Oversee all aspects of HVAC technical training and support within the region.


* Use advanced HVAC technical knowledge to investigate, analyze, and diagnose field technical issues and work with HVAC manufacturers to resolve all technical issues both over the phone and onsite.

This would include providing the documentation required by the HVAC manufacturers to diagnose warranty related claims.


* Travel throughout large geographic territory to customer locations to advise on complex HVAC technical issues.


* Work independently to provide consultation and guidance to customers regarding their HVAC system performance.



* Deliver comprehensive product support training, updates, and inventory assistance to Hajoca Profit Centers.


* Support sales efforts through technical training, coaching, evaluation, inventory recommendations and product support.


* Effectively manage customer contacts and relationships to provide excellent customer service, build support and sales, and constantly increase overall customer satisfaction.


* Develop close support alignment with each Profit Center Manager and HVAC sales staff member to ensure open communication and assistance.
