Varian Medical Systems, a Siemens Healthineers company is hiring a Manufacturing Tech at our facility in Austin, TX.

In this role you will support manufacturability and ramp-up of products, and perform technical measures to complete respective projects, in cooperation with Industrial Engineers.
What You will do:


* Complete manufacturing equipment related installations and ramp-ups.


* Gather, record and analyze production information.


* Perform repair and retest for product and/or manufacturing facilities.


* Oversee use of machine control systems and their use in manufacturing equipment.


* Complete estimates of requirements arising from process changes.


* Resolve manufacturing related problems affecting daily operations.


* May develop and verify manuscripts for use with machine control systems to support manufacturing requirements.

The base pay range for this position is:

$38,860 - $53,438

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan.

Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
