Summary of Responsibilities
Prepare the OEM chassis for mounting with the module by installing the Braun electrical harness, installing the auxiliary lines for the A/C and heating unit, and installing other various options.

Activities
Receive, review and interpret instructions, prints and work orders for each unit
Verification and inspection of assemblies
Use machine and hand tools and running the plasma cutter and cutting torch
Cut, form and install components and install material within the vehicle
Installation of:
Intersection, grill, flashing lights, harness system, heater, AC lines, siren speakers, ignition solenoid, AC, grill switches, sway bar, grill guards and after market bumpers
Installation of:
Alternator grounds, neutral safety, security systems, door locks and suspension systems
Disassembly of chassis cab interior
Remove all interior components
Disconnection of chassis computer and battery cable preparation
Route air lines and mount tanks
Mount tanks if applicable
Technical Skills/Competencies (technical knowledge, education and experience)
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience with small machinery, power, air and hand tools; and tape measure
Knowledge and experience with automotive servicing and/or repair
Knowledge and understanding of electrical schematics
Personality Traits / Core Skills
High communication with Mount and Module Wire Operators

Demonstrate reasonable and reliable attendance
Maintain any required licensures and/or certifications
Operate all job-related equipment or machines at acceptable productivity and quality levels
Successfully pass a post offer drug test, as well as random, reasonable suspicion and post-accident drug and alcohol test thereafter
Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds with assistance, regularly require to walk, talk and hear, reach with hands and arms, stand, crouch and kneel; frequently required to use hand to finger dexterity in order to handle objects, tools, and/or controls; occasionally required to stoop or crawl
