Portfolio Valuation Senior Manager

We offer comprehensive end-to-end support and advisory services, covering areas such as valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability.
The team works closely with clients at every stage of their journey, helping them navigate challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and implement practical solutions before, during, and after major transformational projects or transactions creating lasting impact.
Are you interested in helping clients across the spectrum of asset managers and financial institutions address complex valuation, pricing, and credit questions? As a professional in our Portfolio Valuations practice, you'll work alongside experienced specialists to analyze illiquid and complex instruments, translate market and portfolio dynamics into defensible conclusions, and deliver audit-ready, decision-useful insights for stakeholders.
Work you'll do
As a Senior Manager on the portfolio valuation team, you will be responsible for:
* Leading independent valuation analyses for illiquid assets and complex financial instruments, with a focus on corporate credit, term loans, private debt, private equity, alternative investments and structured and securitized products
* Building, reviewing, and refining cash flow and valuation models, including assumptions, limitations, and sensitivity analyses
* Preparing audit-ready valuation documentation and supporting financial reporting valuation needs for derivatives, debt instruments, and employee stock option plans
* Conducting credit and portfolio analysis, validating third-party manager reports and underlying data, and advising clients on valuation implications for regulatory, compliance, and stakeholder needs
* Leading day-to-day engagement execution by collaborating with audit and client stakeholders, communicating technical findings clearly, and coaching junior team members across multiple concurrent projects
* Lead and develop junior staff
* Identify, qualify, and pursue new opportunities within existing and prospective client accounts
* Lead proposal development, solution design, and client presentations
