What you'll achieve:

Refine and deliver requirements for service enhancements with product engineering teams and collaborate with key Cloud Services Product Managers and stakeholders.

Collaborate with DevOps / DevSecOps teams proactively to build reliability and security into their services without disrupting the CI/CD pipeline.

Be a technical leader within a global team that defines, measures, and optimizes SLIs, SLOs, and Error budgets for product offerings Work towards the reduction of Toil on a day-to-day basis.
