Key Responsibilities


* Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, offices, and common areas according to facility standards.


* Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect assigned areas.


* Replenish paper products, soap, and other housekeeping supplies.


* Properly collect and dispose of trash, recyclables, and soiled linens.


* Follow infection control procedures and safety guidelines at all times.


* Report maintenance concerns, damaged equipment, or safety hazards promptly.


* Operate housekeeping equipment safely and efficiently.


* Maintain a clean, organized housekeeping cart and storage areas.


* Deliver courteous and respectful service to residents, visitors, and fellow team members.

Qualifications


* Previous housekeeping experience in a healthcare, skilled nursing, hospital, hotel, or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.


* Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and infection control practices.


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


* Strong attention to detail and time management skills.


* Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.


* Ability to lift, push, pull, and move housekeeping equipment and supplies as needed.
