Sr Production Operator - 3rd Shift

Responsibilities

Schedule:

3rd: 11:00PM-7:30AM; S-Th (Shift Diff: $1.00)

Position is responsible for set up and operation of machinery to combine dry and/or liquid chemicals into customer products.

Ensures the highest quality product at the lowest possible cost and meets customer specifications and delivery requirements in accordance with Avient policies and procedures.Qualifications



* High School Diploma or GED.


* 3+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing operations.


* 3+ years of experience in plastics, colorants manufacturing, mixing, extrusion, or blending operations.


* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot safely and efficiently.


* Experience with SAP transactions and production documentation.


* Forklift operator license (or ability to obtain).


* Strong reading comprehension and attention to detail.
