Are you a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others? We are seeking an enthusiastic Part-Time Occupational Therapist to join our amazing therapy team in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community!

🎯 What You'll Do:

✨ Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
✨ Help residents improve independence with activities of daily living
✨ Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance strength, mobility, and function
✨ Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and interdisciplinary team members
✨ Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records
✨ Educate residents and caregivers on therapy goals and techniques
✨ Create meaningful outcomes that improve quality of life

❤️ What We're Looking For:

✔️ Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
✔️ Current, active Occupational Therapist license in South Carolina (or eligible for licensure)
✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Passion for working with the geriatric population
✔️ Skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
