San Bruno Skilled Nursing is seeking a dependable and motivated Dietary Cook to join our team.

We are currently hiring for AM and PM shifts, including weekend availability.

Position Details

Schedule:


* AM Shift


* PM Shift


* Weekend availability required

Pay Rate:
$20-$24 per hour, depending on experience

Job Responsibilities


* Prepare meals by weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients according to standardized recipes


* Cook and prepare meals in accordance with dietary guidelines and resident-specific needs


* Inspect ingredients for freshness, quality, and dietary compliance


* Plate, arrange, and garnish meals appropriately


* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment


* Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas


* Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations

Qualifications


* Previous cooking, dietary, or food service experience preferred


* ServSafe Certification preferred


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team


* Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and safety
