Work you'll do

As a Senior Engineering Management Specialist on the Deloitte Cyber Identity & Access Management team, you will be responsible for...


* Supporting the design, implementation, integration, and operation of SailPoint IdentityIQ or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud solutions in complex client environments


* Configuring and deploying SailPoint connectors, workflows, rules, and integration components, including capabilities that help clients govern AI agents and other non-human identities as identity principals


* Applying identity and access management engineering standards and secure development practices across identity governance, provisioning, certification, role management, and application onboarding


* Collaborating with client stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and manage scope, timelines, dependencies, and delivery quality


* Supporting governance and operational processes for human and non-human identities, including lifecycle management, access certifications, credential rotation, deprovisioning, monitoring, and control improvement activities
