Responsibilities:


* Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department


* Lead, mentor, and develop therapy staff (PT, OT, SLP)


* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient care and outcomes


* Manage scheduling, productivity, and department performance

Qualifications:


* Licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist in California


* Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a SNF or post-acute setting preferred


* Strong organizational, communication, and team-building skills


* Passion for providing high-quality care to our residents
