Specialist, Business Finance Multi-disciplinary

* What will you do?

As a Finance Specialist within the End-to-End (E2E) Performance Pillar, you will serve as a trusted business partner responsible for driving financial performance, process excellence, and continuous improvement across NAM GSC Finance.

In this role, you will lead end-to-end financial processes, including month-end close, forecasting, performance reporting, and governance activities, while providing actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization.

You will collaborate closely with Plant Controllers, FP&A, Operations leaders, and cross-functional teams to identify risks and opportunities, influence business outcomes, and drive alignment with financial objectives.

In addition, you will play a key role in fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and integrity by leading through influence, supporting team development, and promoting best practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
+ Lead end-to-end financial processes, including month-end close, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.
+ Act as a strategic business partner, providing insights and recommendations that drive financial and operational decisions.
+ Identify risks, opportunities, and performance drivers, translating data into actionable business insights.
+ Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes.
+ Support governance, compliance, and internal control requirements while maintaining audit readiness.
+ Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver transformation and performance improvement initiatives.
+ Influence and guide team members through collaboration, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
+ Promote a culture of honesty, accountability, trust, and continuous learning.
Preferred Experience
+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
+ 6+ years of experience in Finance, Controlling, FP&A, Productivity, Manufacturing Finance, CAPEX Management, or Finance Transformation.
+ Experience supporting regional or multi-site operations.
+ Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and transformation projects.
+ Exposure to automation, analytics, AI, or digital finance initiatives is strongly preferred.
