You’ll be supporting our amazing customers while picking and choosing the shifts you want to work.   

What you’ll do


* Assist customers with their daily living tasks to develop their independence, achieve their goals aspirations and outcomes documented in their support plans 


* Support vulnerable customers in a variety of services 


* Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments 


* Carry out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews 


* Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community

You have


* Flexibility to work at short notice, as you’ll be the one picking your next shift  


* Confidence to work in different services, locations or teams and get on with colleagues 


* Passion and experience in supporting others, ideally in a supported housing setting 


* Experience of caring for others – professionally or personally 


* Calm, confident decision-making even under pressure

The practical bits


* You’ll work a rotating shift pattern, Monday to Sunday, between 07:45–15:45 and 12:15–20:15.


* While there is a set rota, you’ll have the autonomy to manage your own diary and workload effectively within your working hours.


* Although much of the role can involves lone working, we come together regularly during the daytime for training sessions, team meetings, and collaboration opportunities.


* An Enhanced DBS check with Barred Lists is required for this role, which we will arrange and pay for.


* You’ll need a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business use.

Any business mileage incurred will be reimbursed in line with our mileage policy.
