Position Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team on a PRN basis.

In this role, you will provide direct resident care and support residents with their daily needs while helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities


* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting


* Assist with feeding, hydration, and mobility needs


* Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff


* Take and document vital signs


* Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation


* Maintain accurate resident documentation


* Promote resident dignity, comfort, and independence


* Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents


* Work collaboratively with nurses and other members of the healthcare team

Qualifications


* Must be at least 18 years of age


* Current South Carolina CNA certification in good standing


* Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred


* Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred


* Compassion for an underserved population


* Strong communication and teamwork skills
