What You'll Do


* Provide compassionate, resident-centered care


* Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility


* Observe, document, and report changes in residents' conditions


* Maintain accurate documentation


* Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality care

What You'll Bring


* Current California CNA Certification


* Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills


* Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is preferred but not required
