Governance Business Partner

Salary £35,000 - 45,000 per annum dependent upon experience plus a health cash plan saving you over £1140 a year

What you’ll do


* Support Boards and committees to plan, prepare and run effective meetings


* Create clear agendas, papers, minutes and action trackers for decisions


* Build strong relationships with executives and senior stakeholders across the business


* Keep governance policies and processes up to date 


* Maintain registers and support audits, returns and regulatory compliance

You have


* Strong knowledge and understanding of governance, risk or compliance 


* Experience supporting boards or senior meetings professionally and effectively


* Excellent writing skills to produce clear minutes and reports


* Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities confidently


* Confidence to build relationships and challenge constructively

The practical bits 


* You’ll work Monday to Friday. 


* We typically work on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in our Newcastle upon Tyne office, with the rest from home
