Job Title: Dietary Aide - Part-Time

Location: Concord Post Acute
Compensation: Starting at $19.00 per hour

Concord Post Acute is seeking a dependable and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team on a part-time basis.

As a Dietary Aide, you'll play an important role in ensuring our residents receive nutritious meals and an enjoyable dining experience.

Position Summary

The Dietary Aide assists with meal preparation, tray assembly, meal service, and maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.

This role works closely with the dietary team to support residents' nutritional needs while following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities


* Prepare and assemble resident meal trays according to prescribed diets


* Deliver and collect meal trays in a timely and courteous manner


* Assist with food preparation and portioning as directed


* Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment


* Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, dining rooms, and kitchen equipment


* Stock food, supplies, and kitchen inventory as needed


* Follow all infection control, food safety, and sanitation regulations


* Provide friendly and respectful service to residents and staff


* Assist with other dietary department duties as assigned

Qualifications


* High school diploma or equivalent preferred


* Previous dietary, food service, or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required


* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices preferred


* Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment


* Strong communication and customer service skills


* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
