About the Role

Amsted Automotive, Shelby Twp, is seeking a Flowforming Specialist.

Shift Times:


* Day Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM


* Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM (15% shift premium)


* Midnight Shift: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM (15% shift premium)

What You’ll Do


* Advanced troubleshooting of flowforming operations


* Troubleshoot dimensional issues


* Read and understand blueprints


* Read and understand inspection reports


* Understand machine functions


* Understand process flow


* Understand part programming


* Basic knowledge of programming new parts


* Apply process-of-elimination techniques

What You’ll Need to Succeed


* Experience in a fast-paced, automotive manufacturing environment


* Excellent communication skills for interaction with the workforce


* Willingness and ability to work necessary overtime if required
