Key Account Manager CFE

At Schneider Electric, we are looking for a high-impact Key Account Manager to lead one of the most strategic accounts in Mexico: Comisión Federal de Electricidad (CFE).

This is not a traditional sales role - it is a strategic leadership position with direct visibility at executive levels, driving the transformation of Mexico's electrical infrastructure.

What will you do?
You will lead the overall account strategy for CFE, acting as a trusted partner and orchestrator, driving long-term value and positioning Schneider Electric as a key enabler in grid modernization.


* Build and manage executive relationships within CFE


* Lead strategic account planning and long-term growth initiatives


* Influence technical specifications and early-stage project positioning


* Develop and manage pipeline for large-scale infrastructure projects


* Orchestrate multiple business units to deliver integrated solutions


* Expand share of wallet through high-value, sustainable opportunities

What are we looking for?


* Solid experience managing key accounts in the electrical/energy sector


* Mandatory experience working with CFE


* Strong understanding of power systems, grid infrastructure, and digital solutions


* Proven ability to navigate complex organizations and influence decision-making


* Strategic mindset with strong commercial drive


* Solid understanding of power generation, transmission, distribution, and energy infrastructure projects.
