Job Overview

Sunnyvale Post Acute is seeking an energetic Activities Assistant.

You will bring joy to our residents daily.

This part-time role offers flexible weekly hours.



* Pay: $19.50-21.50


* Job Type: Part-time


* Location: Sunnyvale, CA


* Schedule: Various hours across the week (includes some weekends/holidays)

Key Responsibilities



* Lead activities: Run group games, crafts, and musical events.


* Provide 1-on-1 visits: Spend quality time with room-bound residents.


* Transport residents: Help residents get to and from activity rooms.


* Set up events: Arrange chairs, tables, and decorations for parties.


* Document participation: Log resident attendance in daily charts.

Qualifications



* Experience: Prior experience in senior living preferred but not required.


* Skills: Strong communication, patience, and a positive attitude.


* Traits: Enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about helping older adults.


* Requirements: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
