Now Hiring: Full-Time Wound Care Nurse

Are you passionate about helping patients heal and improving quality of life? AdamsPlace is looking for a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Wound Care Nurse to make a meaningful impact every day.

As our Wound Care Nurse, you'll be the expert guiding the prevention, assessment, and treatment of wounds, pressure injuries, ostomies, and skin integrity concerns.

You'll work closely with an incredible interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care while educating staff, residents, and families on best practices for wound prevention and healing.

What You'll Do:

✅ Assess, monitor, and treat wounds and skin conditions
✅ Develop and implement individualized care plans
✅ Lead pressure injury prevention initiatives
✅ Educate staff on wound care best practices and infection prevention
✅ Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing teams to achieve optimal outcomes
✅ Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance

What We're Looking For:

✔ Current RN or LPN license in Tennessee
✔ Wound care experience preferred
✔ Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
✔ A team player with a passion for resident-centered care
