Facility Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an energetic Facility Operations Supervisor to lead our production-driven, safety-conscious team in Bartow, FL.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, front-line leadership and supervision of plant operations, including shipping, receiving, and blending.

Coordinate the offload and perform the offloading of tankers of high temp asphalt into rail cars.

Oversight of a team of 2-3 technician-level employees.

Work with the transportation team and the East Chicago facility to ensure effective planning of inbound loaded tankers to ensure refinery operations are not interrupted.

Shift: 1st 7am-5pm

Pay: $60K-$80K DOE
